My name is Christa and I’m 36, I’m married to Alex and we have 8 wonderful children! 16, 11, 10, 7, 5, 3, 2, and 6 months. We have been homeschooling since the 16 yr old was in 2nd grade. The Lord didn’t really convict me on this journey until we put him back in public school in 3rd grade. So we have been faithful in this mission ever since. We are just coming off of the hardest year of our lives, I even thought, and in some moments desperately wanted, about putting my kids in private Christian school but I could not find peace in my heart with that decision.
God is so good and faithful and He continues to lead me in this journey. It’s not about me and what I do, or really what my kids end up doing or being career wise, but their hearts and love for God. For them to trust in Him because His favor is amazing!
